• Along with all the previously mentioned features in the BMv2.0 the new BMv2.5 has the following additional features:
• New Glass Button Effect: The built in Glass Button Effect is so easy to use. A new button is located on the Button Shapes Window. This is a Global setting and simply triggered by this ON / OFF button. There are no settings you have to adjust the BM does it all for you.
• New Catalogue Viewer: A button located on the Button Preview Window now allows you to open a new 'Catalogue' Window which displays thumbnails of the button templates contained within your select Button Templates Folder. These can be viewed in batches of 8 by clicking on the Scrollbar and if you hover your mouse over any thumbnail you will see the full sized button and it's original size. Very useful.
• New Button Preview Option: A second button located on the Button Preview Window now allows you to select whether you wish to view the Button Templates in the selected Folder as a list of filenames or as individual Thumbnail images which can be clicked on to view the Full size image or loaded into the BMv2.5 as a button template. Again very useful.
• New Resources: A new set of Glass Button Effects bumps has been added along with a new Gradient Colour Effect.
• Also the the new Custom Button: Allowing you to import your own customised button shapes or any clip art to convert to a button.

The Button Maker v1.5+ Upgrade: Latest Build 6: Oct 1st 2010 from Inet Software. Please note this upgrade is a completely new install containing major upgrade features and further refinements. The development of this software is 'Ongoing' so Additional FREE Button Maker v1.5 Upgrades and Button Resources will be available from our Inet Support Forums along with commercial Button Packs from our Shopping Cart.

Previous Upgrade Builds 4 and 5:

• The Colourize Slider: If you are using a Texture for your button Inlay area the Texture can now be colourized and used in conjunction with the Inlay Filter Colour. Please click on the 'Update Button Settings' after using the Colourize slider for them to take effect.
• Rollover Window: A new Rollover Testing Window has been included. This makes it very easy to quickly test any 'Rollover' buttons you make.
• Insert New Text Object: You can now insert an unlimited number of Texts onto a button with full control over the Size, Font, Colour, DropShadow, Position. It is now possible to make far more elaborate Banners, Buttons with multiple texts on them. You also have the option of converting any new text objects you insert into an Image for further processing and effects. *See Insert New Object below.
• Insert New Image Object: You can now insert an unlimited number of Images / Pictures onto a button by using the Right Mouse and dragging it onto the work area and then the button picture. There are additional options such as: Transparent Colour. Full Rotations of 0 to 360 degrees. Flip Horizontal and Vertical. Apply an Outline with choice of Outline thickness and colour. A Colourize Slider for colourizing Images and Greyscale Images. Both Pixel and Bilinear Resizing of Images.
• Inserted Images Library: You will find example Button Templates of the New Inserted Texts and Inserted Images in the Button Templates/Game_Inventory and the Button Templates/Inserted_Text_Images folders. An additional library folder Button Resources/Insert_Images of 'Bubbles, Stars, Splats, Logos, Button Parts etc. has been included so you can make your own unique buttons and banners. You can actually use ANY Image source as an Inserted Image even a previously made button or banner. Additional new low cost sets of Inserted Images will be available from the Inet Shopping Cart in the near future.
• Updated Help File: A help file is provided in 3 formats. The original Windows type *.hlp file. A newer Windows *.chm file and a BMv1.5+Help.doc file. Please review the internal software Help File/s or the Help.doc file for additional information.

New in this Upgrade Build 6:

• Preview All Button Shapes: This opens the Multi Preview Window where you can preview all 12 Button Shapes using your current button settings. A restricted button size of 256w x 48h is implimented. You also have the option of Saving all 12 buttons as Images.
• Updated Round Corners Button: This has been updated so the inlay also has rounded corners. However your bevel size cannot exceed 1/4 of either the width or height of your button. Your bevel size will be automatically adjusted.
• Updated Colourize Slider: Gives a more accurate colourizing of Textured Inlays.
• Updated Palette: Save / Load now Includes the Colourize Slider.
• Updated Text: More accurate positioning of Text and Shadow Text on Buttons in the Preview Button Window.
• Additional Glass Buttons Pack: Make beautiful Glass Style buttons using this Addon Pack available from the Inet Shopping Cart.

When Batching Textures it is now possible to use all 16 Options in the Top Toolbar.

• You can now Batch Textures using the 2D, Iso Left, Iso Right, Iso Floor, Iso Left Depth, Iso Right Depth, Iso Depth Left + Top, Iso Right Depth + Top, Pseudo Floor, Pseudo Ceiling, Pseudo Left, Pseudo Right, Tile, Flip L/R, Flip Top/Bottom, Rotate 90%.
• These are great Labour saving features. Plus a few other minor updates.

A More accurate interpretation of Colour Hex Values with ALL Graphics Cards.

• The Hex values should now be accurate with All Graphics Cards.
• Also when using the Scripting Engine you can now switch the Auto Width / Height OFF. This allows the user to set a maximum Width and Height for the Banner, Button etc. So all the Batched Buttons, Banners etc. are the same dimensions.
• Carriage Returns at the end of a Script File are now ignored.
• Plus a few other minor updates.
